We take pride in offering only the best possible customer service. We offer the highest quality of soap and body products, which we ourselves use at home with our family. Before we use any ingredient we research it thoroughly and make sure to use only the best ingredients in our products.
We specialize in specially formulated natural skin care soaps for problem skin. If you have a certain skin condition that requires a certain type of soap, please contact us. We can help you get the perfect soap, moisturizer, body butter, or body scrub that is made just for your skin type!
We have hundreds of scents! So it is up to you to let us know what your favourite is. Contact us and we will arrange it as soon as possible.
Acceptable methods of payment - Paypal, credit card, money orders (we cannot cash green money orders from the US), e-mail transfer, or cash in person. If you prefer to pay by money order or in person, please contact us. NOTE: money orders must clear before we can ship your items, sorry for the inconvenience.
SHIPPING:
FOR LOCALS - If you live in the Cambridge, Ontario area, we can arrange a pick-up date and time so you don't pay any shipping!!! Send us a message and we will arrange it for you.
FOR EVERYONE ELSE - We have put in a flat rate shipping fee of $5.25 CDN because paypal is still not compatible with Canada Post. However, shipping may be more or less depending on where you live. If you are paying via paypal or credit card we will bill you or refund you shipping within 24 hours. If you prefer you can send us your shipping address before you check out and we can give you an exact shipping quote. If you are sending us a money order, please request a total and send us your shipping address before you send out the money order.
Damage Claims - Everything we ship is shipped out un-insured and we make the effort to make sure that everything is packed in a safe manner. However, Fusion Soap is not responsible for damages that can occur during shipping by the shipping company. You can choose to pay extra for insurance just let us know and we will send you a total. If you have a damage claim please contact Fusion Soap and the shipping company immeadiately and we will sort it out as soon as possible.
